Terms for using Tipora.
These terms apply when you use Tipora mobile apps, websites, NFC bands, tipping pages, memberships, and related services.

Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your email and devices, and using Tipora only for lawful purposes. Payout services may require you to satisfy Stripe's identity, age, location, and eligibility requirements.
Tips and payouts
Tips are processed by Stripe and are subject to provider availability, verification, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable law. Tipora does not guarantee that every attempted payment or payout will complete.
Memberships
Membership pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Mobile memberships are billed through Apple or Google and renew until canceled in the applicable store account. Deleting Tipora does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Bands and acceptable use
Do not use a Tipora band or tip page for fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal transactions, or misleading payment requests. A permanently locked NFC band cannot be rewritten; confirm the destination before locking it.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We may disable accounts or bands that violate these terms or create risk for users, payment providers, or Tipora.
